A fraud transaction of Rs.49, 800 has done from my ICICI credit card and credited Merchant Name is “UTILITY C C MUMBAI ” on 06th March 2022, I have filed the FIR too and complaint to customer care also with in half an hour and given me compalint number is SR813771198. after three day i got a message that old complaint closed and new complaint number genrated and number is SR814444460 becuase merchant was claim the money but i have already inform to him that stop or cancelled this transaction but i did not know that when i told them whithin half an hour to cancel this transaction and take back the money because i have not madde this payment. i don’t know how this payment happened and i have nothing to do with this merchant. because i live in a rented house in faridabad i do not even have to pay that much money to anyone yet on March, 9, when the merchant claimed, it was not stopped bot on april 11, the bill is genrated in which the money has been debited and that due date will be April 29,. then i complained again then he registered the complaint again but when my money will come back o don’t know till now ihave not even been told which merchant got my money credited so that i can requeste them, they are not even telling on askning which merchant to whom my money was credited. on 7th March, I have also made a compalint to cybercrime portal but i am not being heard at all, please kindly help us.
