I ordered for VIVA 4g New launched mobile on a COD basis for a sum of Rs.2999/- the courier person (Delhivery) refused for Open delivery, collected cash, kept one box and
ran away, while opened it found GURU 310 (worth 500/-) without invoice and all, I ordered the above through hope4shop.co.in, while visiting the website again, there is no proper response etc
