I have ordered for Fire TV stick through Dillimall.com company for the xiting retail network Delhi on 08 June 21. I have make the payment for the amount of Rs. 2399.00 through online .There is no updating for the company .on 11 June 21 there is one phone call getting the company one of our lady staff spoke for me your order was not available in market .we will get back for the full refund to your Account .After that she was told that please install for ANYDESK remote install for your phone we will process the refund . i will install the ANYDESK remote and she was send for one link ONLINE REFUND AMOUNT CREDIT & DEBIT CARD WITH PREOCESS https:// www.surveymonkey.com/r/NHT9SRN After that lady instructed please open the link fill for all column then i also do it , name , debit card details , CVV details refund amt every thing is there appear for the link .i will done for all process .In the mean time that lady told please check for your Account balance your refund is done .i will check with my Account balance suddenly the i got a message Rs.30500/ debited to your account by SBIDR CARD XXXXX4248 ON 11 JUN 21 AT 17:03:44 . i am really shocked there are hake my phone through ANY DESK and Access to my Bank Account debit for Amount .After i am calling for SBI call center tell about the matter briefly. SBI staff block with my DR card and advise to me why are you share with Debit card details with other people. These type of several people done for Online fraud is happening and also the call center staff raise the complaint and given for the ticket number we will resolved with in 10 to 15 days So i requesting you to please recover of my loss of my for the amount of RS 30500/ at the earliest possible. I will agree with do for the blender mistake i realize .if your self try to recover of my money i will get back that is great helpful for me. here is also i will getting for the online number +91 8167764709 for your further reference.

Very Important note don’t share your personal details like debit credit/Debit card numbers, CVV or OTP, net banking passwords to anyone, dillimall never asks for those details

This looks like you have been trapped in a phishing attack where fraudsters claim to be from an e-commerce company and ask for your personal details.
I request all readers not to give your details to anybody in order to get a refund. Because whenever you make a transaction and somehow deal cannot be completed and a refund has to initiated the merchant have all the necessary information in order to make the refund if you get a call from someone asking for details like your debit/credit card numbers CVV number OTP or asking to take the remote access of your computer don’t entertain those calls.
