Dear Sir,

I booked Maxo M10 (Coral Green, 8GB RAM, 256 GB Storage) on website https://maxophones.online on 11th July 2020. Order# 12472.

On 15th July 20, i received different mobile phone, which is not working at all even though i tried to charge mobile, it’s not getting charged.
I order Maxo M10 (Coral Green, 8GB RAM, 256 GB Storage) but i received different phone which is name android, under box handset & charger only which is simple charger, no manual in box. I have attached Box image which i received.

I sent email for return & refund my amount of RS. 3999.00 to sales@maxophones.onine, help@maxophones.online but no response from them.MAIL BOUNCE

I sent reminder on her website also but no response.

Please help me to get my amount.
