I was checking my loan eligibility on the Appa and updated my personal, employment and bank details on the app. The app without doing any due diligence and without any approval have credited ₹1980 on three transactions (total ₹5940) and now is demanding a payback of ₹3,600 for each credited amount (total ₹10800). Also there is no cancellation option or customer support number there to contact.
