Didnt placed any order but received calls from Courier Express Bee that there is a courier & address details are not clearly mentioned.
Since we receive regular delivery through Express Bee for our online orders through FirstCry, I thought something might have been wrong in address details.
Address was shared & consignment received with COD of INR 2999/-. When refused to take the parcel & pay, they forced to accept it & return it online if the order is not ours.
When cross checked it was not our order & moreover the product is also faulty as per details mentioned on the parcel. Its mentioned Apple Series 5 watch & the watch inside is Fast track basic model. Vendor name mentioned is Shyam Traders, Rohini.
