I got this mail today can anyone tell me if i want to take it serious or not..

                                             This Intimation Letter Informs you That  CLIMATE TECHNOLOGY  COMPANY   has filed a case under the SECTION of 73-74-75 of INDIAN contract ACT 1872 for Contract Breach against you as under law that mention on THE AGREEMENT that if you have NOT SUCCEEDED (QC FAIL) on your job Then YOU HAVE TO PAY THE PENALTY AMOUNT.

Now as per The agreement which was done between  you &   CLIMATE TECHNOLOGY  COMPANY , We are hereby intimate you to pay the pending Due before  6 APRIL 2021  .
 
Remedies for Breach of Contract.
Sec 73 – Compensation for loss or damage caused by breach of contract proximate losses not remote/indirect losses.
Sec 74 –  Compensation for breach of contract Where penalty specified.
Sec 75 – Party who is rightfully rescinding is entitled for compensation.

IPC SECTION:

SECTION-406-Punishment for criminal breach of trust.—Whoever commits criminal breach of trust shall be punished with imprisonment of either description for a term which may extend to three years, or with fine, or with both.
The above sections are implemented on you regarding you did not full-fill The Terms and Condition of your Agreement.
