On 17 April 2021 ,I applied for learner’s licence on a website www.applyparivahan.com, I padi Rs 1593 using my SBI debit card, but after payment I did not receive any acknowledgement from them. Soon after this I E-mailed them on info@applyparivahan.com to provide me application ID or process my application, but did not get any reply, so I emailed them 2 more times. Then I contacted on their phone no. And a lady told me that she has applied for the licence and just needs to book the spot, on whatsapp I texted at the same number and got the same reply, that she will book the spot post lockdown. But now after unlock, the contact no. Is switched off and info@applyparivahan.com does not exist. no reply whatsoever
