I had given rs 2999 on the basis of ad in facebook by mobylstore on 16.05.2020. using debit card but neither as per their order no.ms3344 the mobyl came to me nor the money refunded.
Today in the name of refunding my money one mr.rohan kumar having mobile no.8509225342 a customer care man of mobylstore as per google search, took my card details and my upi details and taken away further rs.2999 +rs.1400+rs 5000 from my account( txn 797126,798319 and SBIN A/CX6804.
Therefore i have been totally cheated a sum of rs.12398.
please help not only me but also other complaints you have received by others regardingthis type of cheating.

I ordered a JBL bluetooth speaker for Rs 999 on Mobylstore. After few days it is telling ne that the order is failed on my Paytm Wallet though there is record of an order as per the customer care person. Could you tell me what to do next.
