I had ordered 3 suits online which cost me Rs 999/- from online website of SA Dresses or Aggarwal garments situated in kailash nagar,Gandhi nagar,East Delhi (110031) on 07/05/2021.
I had received the package through deliveryman on 12/05/2021 to whom I paid the amount Rs. 999 for the package.
When I opened the package, I saw that there were only two dresses kept in the package which were also not same as the one’s which I had ordered. Then I had opened the dress and seen that they were totally covered in dust, torn from many places, already used and were in worst conditions.
Then i immediately called the deliveryman to check whether he had delivered the correct parcel or not. He had delivered the correct the parcel.
Then I also called in the office of Sa Dress or Aggarwal garments but they had not responded the call. Then I checked about them online, and I came to know that I am not the first person with whom they had done this fraud, there are many other people also who have been suffered from this.
Therefore I request you , kindly take serious action on such stores and sites which are used to make fraud with innocent people and kindly help me to get my money back as I have to do so much hard work to earn it.
