Dear Sir,
I had ordered cloth set from an online Delhi based firm called “NARIDUKAAN” via www.naridukaan.com. It was cash on delivery formatted purchase specifically for the items shown on the website amounted for Rs. 999. I received the package after paying the due amount on 5/7/21. The package revealed entirely different and substandard items from which I had ordered . I tried to get in touch with the company via Email, but was found futile as the mail delivery system shows address not found. One phone number given in the website rings but is not attended by anybody.I have a great feeling of being cheated. I fear it’s a nationwide fraudulent firm that cheats many people.I hereby request that necessary action may be taken against the wrongdoers and avail timely refund of the amount as early as possible.
