Dear Sir,
An online mobile seller advertised sale of mobile phone by phonedeals.co.in (got an AD in my facebook for selling Redmi 7 Pro in Just Rs 2999).
I purchased a phone for Rs.2999 and got an online order no. PDS5767, for Redmi Note 7 Pro (64GB storage and 6GB RAM) on 1st June 2020. Payment of Rs 2999 was made thru my paytm which got creditted in the name of Ankit Jain.
I got an automated mail from the website confirming the order but after the payment was made, i have realized it was not redmi phone, it was just Note 7 Pro not RedMi product. So I tried to send cancellation email for this order on [email protected] but it gets bounced everytime. Today on 3rd June, I got a parcel from XpressBees with some number N/A-06/8C/001 but it has 2 snowtel phones with models S20-B110E and S10-B312.
Request to the concern authorities to help us in getting the transaction sorted out and prevent others from getting scammed by these fraudsters.
