Hi
My credit card was charged by M/s RETAIL DOMESTIC PT MUMBAI where as I haven’t done any transaction with them. On 9th Feb 2023 – my credit card with HDFC was charged with 35174.58. I have tried for past 1 and half yr to resolve this with the HDFC credit card team but they have not resolve this matter. Moreover they have debited all my accumulated points. Being a Sr citizen this is really annoying to have to keep facing this issue with reputed bank such as HDFC.
Please help.
