Dear Sir,
I have registered in freelance.com. I hired one person for one project and created two milestones one with 28000, and 12000. The freelancer website also has taken tax and extra charges for it. I released the amount to the hired person. Meanwhile, a freelancer is asking for validation of my details. I gave my AAdhar card details and PAN card details. Every time it is showing that the details are not met requirements. But however when deposit the money they are accepting. currently two times they suspended my account and my hard earned money is on hold from four days. The freelancer is cheating people by holding the money of customers by giving meaningless reasons. I asked the support team also, but they are not properly responding.
Take this complaint and do the necessary actions to save many people like me.
