Sir,
I ordered Maxo 10 Coral Green 5G mobile phone (8GB RAM 256 GB Storage- Made in India) on offer through “Facebook” on 23 July 2020 at about 1215 Hrs online.
The order No. # 14459.
The payment for the same has been made online through Phone Pe.

On 26 July 2020, my brother Deepak Kumar Verma(my younger brother) has received a parcel containing china mobile “Ringme” instead of original product (Maxo 10 Coral Green 5G mobile phone, 8GB RAM, 256 GB Storage- Made in India) which was purchased online.
Please help us to get the original product with the penalty or legal action against companies (“facebook.com” and “maxophones.online”) as and what are liable under Consumer Protection Act as there is no valid contact number or email address.
Kindly bann the websites www.facebook.com and www.maxophones.online immediately and take appropriate legal action against the “facebook.com” which provides platform to such fraudulent companies and “maxophones.online” which does such fraud as early as possible so that nobody else can be cheated like us.
I have also registered grievance on “cybercrime.gov.in” with Acknowledgement No: “23107200043908” on Sunday 26 July 2020 at about 2245 Hrs and complaint on “consumerhelpline.gov.in” – the National Consumer Helpline (NCH) portal with Docket No: “2141468” on Wednesday 29 July 2020.
