Sir,
I humble request you to please take action against Ethniqmania.com as they are totally fraud and running fake online business (clothing). I saw their products Ad on Facebook on 3rd July 2020 and ordered 2 tops for amount of 800/- and paid online as no COD option was available. I got a confirmation mail from them on the same day but after so many days i haven’t heard from them about my order shipped or not. No phone number was provided on the website only email id was there. I emailed them twice to know the status of my order but getting no response on email id declared on their website and the e mail through which confirmation of order has been received by me. today i.e 15th July 2020 i googled their website ethniqmania.com and come to know that its completely shut down on google as well as on FB also.
Sir this is a total fraud case and i am being trapped by them. please please please take immediate action and help us get back our money with fine.
For us, only hope is you and i hope you will take action against them.

I had complained to you against Ethniq Mania website on yesterday i.e. 15th July 2020 bcoz they did online fraud with me through online shopping. Just 20 mins back i received a call from a guy from a number 9129962548 that he is calling from Ethniq Mania. he said i lodged a complained against them on your consumer site and they want to refund my money back as they have no stock of the ordered product. so, he asked my debit card number for refund. I said i paid you through netbanking and do refund in the same account. he said it is not possible they can refund if they have your debit card details. I gave him debit card number and expiry date but when he asked for CVV, i denied and didn’t give him my cvv number. after that he disconnect the phone.
sir again he was tried to cheat with me and his intention was to withdraw all the money from my account. sir please take immediate action against him without any further delay. I need Justice. please help me.
