Please take immediate action against Ethniqmania.com. They are totally doing fake business online. They are cheating people by taking online orders through Face Book and collecting payment through digital money. No option for COD due to COVID 19. No order is being delivered. The what’s up contact detail provided on their website are being deactivated within 2 to 3 days after receiving payment. After some days new whats up number is displayed on their website. The two different whats up nos which has been deactivated are 8140718213 & 9512995808 for your reference. These nos are of Gujrat as i made calls on these nos. Further, No response on email id ‘s declared on their website and the e mail through which confirmation of order has been received by me. I ordered 2 tops for amount of INR 800.00. Further, they have blocked me on FB as i have posted my comments about their fraud so that others are not trapped. Many other has been trapped into this as they shared their story on FB. Please take immediate action against them as many more people are being trapped and will be trapped into this fraud transaction.

I have faced a similar i made the payment it took me to another gateway wholesalebazzar.com I guess its fake too and they too are on facebook

Yes true.. they r frauds.. i ordered a dress on 7 th june n they said delivery will be in 4 5 days.. after 5 days i msged them n they block me .. they take payment online n didn’t deliver items.. n contact no switched off.. nt replying to emails n blocked me on fb n frequently posts new items n take payments.. please do something..

Same thing happened with me as well I had ordered 2tops spent as.798 I texted them on WhatsApp she said they don’t have a COD option available due to the pandemic. I had placed my order on 8th june and haven’t received it yet. They have removed their WhatsApp numbers and they ain’t reverting to any mails. PLS take a action again this fraudulent business. Their website should be banned
Same problem with Ethniqmania. They have taken digital money for the order, but has not yet delivered the product.

Yes these people are frauds ! I had also spent 1600 Rs and have received a mail from their side acknowledging the order and afterwards there is no response from them.
I don’t know the process to stop them from cheating people online but yes it should somehow be stopped immediately else they will continue cheating many people.
I totally agree , they have cheated many they should be banned and punished ,I too am a victim. Let’s hope they get what they deserve.

I had made an order of Rs 1896 on 7th July and yet not received the delivery . I had gone through fraudulent comments and am afraid of the this . Then after I am not able to see Ethniq mania website and I tried to call them on their customer care number but it was switch off . Please we should take legal actions on them and recover our amount .
I had placed order for Tops and my order Id displayed was 5174 for Rs.798/- and now I am unable to reach them.

Even I faced same issue, they haven’t delivered the product, when questioned on FB they blocked me.
I had lodged a complaint against ethiq mania on this site on 15th July 2020 . i received a call from a guy from a number 9129962548 that he is calling from Ethniq Mania. he said i lodged a complained against them on your consumer site and they want to refund my money back as they have no stock of the ordered product. so, he asked my debit card number for refund. I said i paid you through netbanking and do refund in the same account. he said it is not possible they can refund if they have your debit card details. I gave him debit card number and expiry date but when he asked for CVV, i denied and didn’t give him my cvv number. after that he disconnect the phone.
he was tried to cheat with me and his intention was to withdraw all the money from my account. In my opinion we all must be come together and file a complaint with any dedicated channel. What do you say?
The same happen with me. They have a bogus website which is not working now. All our details with them. Got a call from customer care person he said you will get a refund by google pay as we are unable to deliver your stuff due to lockdown. For refund you will get a message that has to be passed to a different number that is again a fraud number. There is no tracking concept on their website to know the status. Total fake.

I have the same issue. Order placed on 29th June fir 1 top army Rs. 399. Email confirmation received on sane day. Now the website itself doesn’t exist !
Ethenic mania has not delivered my order of 5 tops worth1895.00. I have also filed a complaint against them with proof but no action has been taken.

Complaint Additional Info : Sir, ethinqmania (apparel) doing fake online business on FB. i ordered some products on 3.07.20 and paid online Rs 798/- through netbanking. but they didnt shipped the product. i tried to contact them twice over email as no phone num was provided on their website. after few days they deleted their website on google as well on FB. so i filed a complaint on 15.07.20 on consumercomplaintscourt.com website wherein i came to know so many complaints have been filed against this website. after 1 day on 16th July, i received a call from unknown num 9129962548 and he said he is calling from ethniqmania and they want to refund my money as ordered products are out of stock. he asked my debit card num for refund. i asked i paid through netbanking and reverse amount in same acc. he denied and asked my Debit Card num again. so i gave him my num as well as expiry date. but when he asked for CVV i denied to give him then he immediately disconnected the phone. sir again they was tried to cheat with me and his intention was to withdraw all the money from my account. sir please take immediate action against this website. many peoples are suffering & need to be capture these fake peoples.
