Hello, Myself Payal Mehta
I was appointed as a free lancer by a company named Global IT Solutions for data entry job. I signed a contract with them. It was 700 forms in 7days and i will get 40rs per form.
They gave me an ID and asked me to start working on it. I started with my work. Then after 2 days they blocked my id stating there is two login at the same time and i did not informed them about the same so i m levied to pay the penalty. They asked me to pay a security deposit of Rs. 9200 which is refundable with my salary. And if i dont pay it they will file a legal case against me as per agreement.
So i paid the amount and started working . I completed my work . At the time of payment they said your accuracy is below 90 percent that is 83 percent. So you wont be getting any payment nor your refundable deposit.
Its basically a fraud company and manipulate data and show there is extra space at the end so you did not meet the accuracy.
I tried contacting them asking for my refundable deposit back. First they said its been transferred but when i checked no amount was credited to my account. I tried contacting them they blocked my number. I contacted the payment gateway that is RazorPay they asked me to contact my bank and escalate the matter. I did that to my bank but they responded that nothing can been done from their side. They asked me to contact cybercrime cell.

Please help me in getting my hard earned money back and in tracking those people who are running this fraud company.

The girl who took money from me named Rita Prajapati showed herself as she is the lawyer and if i wont pay 9200rs,  a legal case will be filled against me in gujarat jurisdiction.
