On 14.07.2020 at 4:07 PM, I got a call from Preet Singh (Mobile Number 7096156671) of Cardlesoft Enterprise. He offered me data entry job, saying they are a freelancing company under the surveillance of government. I’ve to fill up 640 form in 7 days with 90% accuracy. But if I failed to complete the assignment by deadline or couldn’t make it with required accuracy I’ve to pay the registration fees. I will be given Rs. 31/- per form. He told me to give my Adhar Card for identity proof, my signature and photo to complete the registration process and provide me a contract. I had started my work on 16.07.2020. On 22.07.2020 at 12:45 AM (late night) my account got blocked due to multiple log in and for that they charged me Rs. 7999/- as Server Maintenance Charge and told me that my working period will be extended to 23.07.2020 at 11:59 PM. In the morning, on 23.07.2020, today I was not able to log in my account due to Company Server Problem, so immediately I informed Vipul Chaudhari (Mobile No. 76981 54104), he told me Server Problem will be solved in the evening and also told me that the company will extend my working period.

On 23.07.2020 at 11:44 AM, I got a call from Wasim Shaikh (Mobile Number 99796 35997) and he told I have to submit NOC for my agreement cancellation and I have to present at Dohad Gujrat District Court on 25th July,2020 at 11:00 AM. If I’m not able to present at the court first session date, then the court may issue a notice against me. As I am from Assam it is not possible for me to attend the first session on the said date, he told me that I can send an online application and I’ve to pay Rs. 21950/-. It is impossible for me to pay such a big amount. Moreover, I’ve not applied for Agreement/ Bond cancellation. I have already paid Rs. 7999/- for service maintenance charge, now they threatening  for NOC charges.

I was so disturbed as it is impossible for me to pay such a big amount. After that search about the company in Google, and I saw that it is a fraud company. Therefore, I request to the needful.
