I am Harshit and I want to return the product as it is not the same as I ordered from beat flow company. They were supposed to send me jbl earbuds but instead of that, they delivered me a local earphone of around 50 to 100rs only. I don’t want any other product in exchange but I want them to return my money i. E. ₹1599/- and the phone number and address they have given on the box for ‘return the product’ that is also invalid.
Their company name is Beat Flow but on the box, they have written that in case it’s not delivered then please send back this item to Shiv Trading/ TodayCart which means they have any involvement with this company.
