i ordered for a geniune marc Jacobs bag of mini size and paid total of 15700 rupees. however upon unpacking i saw that the bag was of different size and also its defective since the leather was coming out from different places.
i told the seller about this and she refused to help. I shared the unpacking video that i had mde and also shared the pics of the defect . i requested her to either exchange the bag or refund the amount but she refused.
I need your help in getting my money back.
