Dear all,
One person saying airtel executive with mobile number 6366645769 approached us offering wifi, toll free number, land line and porting of our 5 sims from VI to airtel on 28-02-2022. He also shared offers and pricing details via what’s app but we were not keen during that time.
But on 16th june 2022, we decided to take the offered products and services and on same day payment of 17145 INR was made to Bharti aritel account for 1 year wifi, land line instrument and for 5 sims port plan.
We also made payment of 6400 INR to same bank account for toll free number and services I. E 6666999999 & land line number 08042499999.
Later he asked to pay 14145 INR extra where free wifi and other services will be offered for 5 years, which we have paid on 20th June 2022.
Even though a total payment of 37690/- INR was made on 20th june 2022, none of the above products or services were installed (offer message says installation will happen one the same day Or next day of full payment).
When we started asking for installation of services calling 6366645769 & 9164014341they were very rude and threatening us saying will not install any product, even said can do any thing where they will not go for installation.
