I made a payment of ₹200 on the 3 Patti Star app for playing and withdrawal purpose.
After depositing the money, I was not able to withdraw my amount.
The app did not provide proper service and my money is stuck.
I tried to contact customer support but did not receive any response.
I believe this is an online fraud.
I request refund of ₹200 and necessary action against the company.
