Hi there is a channel on Telegram under the name of prasad padmakar rao who cheats innocent people by claiming he is personal assistance of a custom officer.. Firstly he asks for the payment and then block the user so that he cannot be contacted back, I understand our money is our responsibility but people like him also have no rights to loot peoples harden earned money. Its a humble request to take strict action on him so that our money can be refunded
