Dear Gargi ,
We have not received the satisfactory and firm answer from your side to our queries till now and you again are trying to force us to proceed for cancellation of our bookings.
In short, it is you (Ms Garima) who were not able to suggest us any revised dates of travel plan after we requested with alternate dates of travel.
There were no response at all on our email where we requested alternate dates and you waited till 9th and now threatening and forcing us for cancellation of our bookings.
How can be this a case of deducting the date change penalty when no available alternative dates were suggested by you, which finally forcing us to cancellation of bookings.
It’s a case of complete fraud and you people are sole responsible for this matter who call themselves as customer centric. Actually it’s a customer eccentric!
You also admitted that Ms Garima Anand is at fault and she would have responded to our request of alternative dates, then why don’t you look back at your system which is completely filled with n number of loopholes. You as an organization should take the feedback from customers and should respond positively to them rather than blaming customers always.
IMP NOTE: Do not quote about our new booking journey plan and do not mix this with our previous booking case ID NL2131913507824. This is entirely different from this case and parralely we opted for our travel plan since nobody responded on our requested alternative dates.
So, kindly refund all our money as its MMT which is on wrong side not us!
