I placed an order on Jan 22, 2023, on Alpha Home Decorets. It was through an advertisement that I saw on Instagram. I placed an order worth Rs. 350 and have paid the amount. It has been more than 10 days now and they haven’t replied to any of my emails and neither have I received my order. Please help me in receiving my order or either getting the refund.
