with due respect i wish to write down few lines for your kind consideration regarding above mention matter I Mr. Chauhan Uday B. orderered online krypton X2 mobile 128 gb ram through paytm upi company name www.eezeephone.com of Rs 4479.00 on 29 may 2020. And they deliver me on 4th jun 2020. But the mobile is different i called their customer care no. is 8918061083. He say he will solve my problem and send me refund in 24 hrs to 48 hrs. Then he send me a link and said forward to another no. then Rs 104475.00 total fraud happened with me in 8 transection. i have call paytm cust.care and sbi bank also filling FIR ALSO but nothing done. therefore i mail you to take action against them as soon as possible
