- Dear Sir,
- An online mobile seller advertised sale of mobile phone by phonedeals.co.in.
- I purchased a phone for Rs.2999 and got an online order no. PDS7919, for Redmi Note 7 Pro (Nebula Red, 64 GB) (6 GB RAM) on 02nd Jun. Payment of Rs 2999 was made thru my credit card which got creditted in the name of Anki t Jain.
- I got an automated mail from the website confirming the order but after that no response and afraid that its a fake seller who had done the fraud.
- More than a days had passed but no response from the seller. I had tried connecting with the seller over mail but no success.
- Request to the concern authorities to help us in getting the transaction sorted out and prevent others from getting scammed by these fraudsters.
