I was searching for a part time job and found this snapdeal job on Google and went for it. The link took me to whatsapp chat of a girl named Bella ( +63 966 934 4023) and she lead me through a process where there were tasks and I could earn money if I completed the task.
First, they gave me 110rs for free, it’s the first level vip1. Then the second level had 2 tasks, there they took money from me, 298 for first task and 398 for second, then I got my money back with 10% commission.
Later when I continued to next level which is vip3, there were 4 tasks first they took 698, then 3090,then 11940, then the 4th one had 2 orders each of 23940, after the first order they gave me a bonus of 1000, later after all the steps when the time came for the withdrawal or return of my money, she told me I have to pay a refundable tax of 29990, only then I can withdraw my money… I asked for proof she sent me an image which stated that my money has reached tax limit and I have to pay the tax, I did not believe I asked for my money back without commission, but she kept on giving me same reason that I have to pay the tax and then only I can get my money back.I asked her for proof that I’ll get my money after I pay tax, she sent few screenshots of withdrawal of money by other users, I also asked for contact of other users who have got their money, but she provided me telegram accounts of people named Shilpa and Nandini B, but they turned out to be fake, she wasn’t ready to share their contacts and they weren’t ready to talk on call, that’s when I figured out that they are fake users. After all this I didn’t want to lose more money so I didn’t pay her the tax, she called me and said she’s going off work and I have to finish paying tax and only then she will help me to withdraw the amount or else she will not be able to help me, then I told her that I know she’s fraud and scamming me she was not ready to agree and when I told her I have all the proof, chats and screenshots of payments, she kept on asking me to pay tax and she’ll help me, I then asked her for a formal agreement stating that if I pay task, all my amount will be refunded, she asked me to send her a formal agreement sample and she doesn’t know how a formal agreement looks.I told her that I will lodge a complaint against her, she kept on asking me to pay the tax amount and she will help me with withdrawal.
Then I asked her to refund me whatever I have paid them and keep the commission to themselves, I said I don’t need any commission, just refund my money, even then she asked me to py the tax amount, when I said no, she told okay bye and cut my call.
After that she’s been sending me texts saying she’s worried about my funds, If I don’t pay tax the amount will be freezed and I can not get my money back, she’s going off work and she can only help me withdraw money today if I pay tax amount.
I am filing this complaint against her now, I want my money back, I would request you to to resolve this issue for me and help me get my money back.
