Hi Sir,

Sub: Reg online Scam taking place through Facebook adds .
I have seen a Facebook add and purchased an item from Firm by name “IGNEOUS LITE”, I have paid the amount through Razorpay with reference ID- IEB6X5QNxz7Z3p , still the item is not delivered and I am not able to reach this firm “IGNEOUS LITE”, when I contacted Razorpay to know where about of this firm , they were telling we have no Idea, after little investigating from my side , I found this Firm is a fraudster. I am surprised how Razorpay allowed this firm to use their network without any proper KYC and in this case, Facebook has also cooperated with them in aggressively campaigning their adds, posts every time. Hence requesting you to please direct for an enquiry on this matter and also requesting to take prompt action on this fraudster, IGNEOUS LITE, Facebook, Razorpay.
Please help us in this matter and curb this scam as early as possible and protect people in saving their hard-earned money.
