I had registered for a part time job with Kelly Services. They had taken my few details (not confidential) and registered online for it. And told me that I will have to complete the job and registration fees will be deducted from my first salary. But then they never gave a conformation about my registration or account activation. They had called and messaged numerous times for details but not a single call or email or message regarding confirmation of the registration. No information of whether I am registered or when I should start work. Now after 2 weeks they sent a mail from their law department saying that I didn’t complete the work and so I will have to pay penalty or they will file a save against me. The mail was sent by someone named Advocate Simran Desai and she had also called regarding the same.
I feel that this is fake and fraud since the company shows absolutely no professionalism and even the mail doesn’t seem professional or sent by an advocate. Their nails and messages are always sent without any proper grammar or punctuations or sentence formations, seems like a layman sending it.
Even if this is real, it is completely unprofessional of them to call and message 1000s of times before registering but not a single communication about confirmed registration and work details. And also no prior warnings given regarding this. Usually companies give warnings and some time to respond but here nothing like that. The mail is sent to me which says I have only 30 mins to reply.
