[11:23 pm, 12/10/2021] Hari Prasath RJ ?: My self Barath, Iam also purchasing in Ashwin enterprises to get a brand new iPhone 11 pro max On July 23, I booked his product through my uncle’s gpay account of INR 55,000. Since the day I ordered the product, I was asking him about the delivery but more than 50 days have been passed. When we ask the product he said this week will reach, when we ask again next week will deliver , only same thing telling and Still I didn’t receive the product and from the day one of ordering the product I didn’t get proper update from his side. After these days, I found that he is a scammer through some youtube videos that he had already cheated many people like me and so many have lost their money to him. Please do the needful and help me to get back my money .

Has he Was promised the delivery within 7 days and it’s been almost 3 months now… I’ve been asking for refund for the past one month. Neither he have processed the refund and he have been ignoring my messages. Also the only way of contact was via WhatsApp.. after I’ve been contacting him for the refunds he have blocked me on WhatsApp.
This is not the way to do business. This is not the way to treat your customers. If you are not able to fulfill the delivery, process a refund.
Had similar experience..reported to cyber cell and as per their instructions, I’m filing a police complaint today
