I ordered a product from an instagram store buy giving 21k. 7 days is said as delivery time. But it’s almost 2 months from the date. No response from his side. His name is Ashwin Ram and his number is 7736194875.

You did the same to me. You never delivered my product nor returned my money back. I texted and called you 100 times. Stop lying to people. You cannot get away from this for long. I had placed an order on 5th June 2021. I paid him 5k for a mobile gimbal. He told me it will take 10-12 days to receive it. It’s been 3 months and I still haven’t received the product. When asked he gives the same reply – “ it will reach you soon”. I have asked multiple times for refund of my hard earned money but this chor doesn’t care to reply.
I have raised a complaint on consumer forum as well.
As for you Ashwin always remember when you cheat people and dupe them for money you will pay for it in the end. And I hope our judicial system takes you behind bars for this fraud.

What fraud did we do? You don’t reply, you don’t deliver nor refund for 3 months. What kind of a business or attitude is this? If you had supply issues, you should promptly tell customers and get their approval for delay. I can post all the chats also here. If you can’t deliver something on a particular time, don’t commit to that time. We paid you our money, asking for the same is not fraudulent. You cannot ghost your customers. I’m raising a complaint here, because you took my money and didn’t deliver anything nor gave me a proper update. Your number always goes unanswered. Everyone should know that, know your service. In case, if I receive refund or my product, I’ll update that also here. I don’t have anything to hide.

Same facing here i odered first airpod pro it got shipped the same day of oder and recieved it after that i made a payment of 70000 for iphone 12 pro 128 gb before making the payment he told it was ready stock with him so i made the payment after that i made one more payment of 10500 for airpod pro it was also ready stock and now its been days i am asking him about the update of oders he his not replying nor giving any shipping details of the oders he says it the products are shipped but he is not sending details and also not replying …..if you ask him for new oder he replies only for that but if u ask him for your past oders he dont even answer after taking the money its been 6 days now after so many msg he replied only with that your products are shipped but asking details he not even replying nor sending the details …..It was my hard earned money

I had the same issue with him.. Was promised the delivery within 7 days and it’s been almost 3 months now… I’ve been asking for refund for the past one month. Neither he have processed the refund and he have been ignoring my messages. Also the only way of contact was via WhatsApp.. after I’ve been contacting him for the refunds he have blocked me on WhatsApp.
This is not the way to do business. This is not the way to treat your customers. If you are not able to fulfill the delivery, process a refund. Why this hassle.

Any one can say anything stupid as such and continuously give complaints in all different names just for the sake of getting their things done. We deliver to every one. Regardless. I too ordered MacBook got delayed . As varun Jain said above this is my 10 th order . But it was delivered in days. On seeing these comments I don’t know what to say. Customers who need items urgently buy from your nearest retailer. Customer who can wait for product and collect it in time order from Ashwin . That’s all I can say.

this is a comlete fraud its been 35 days since i have ordered my 13 pro no payment and no device this is a complete device he replied to every number and every one just dont reply to me now this is a fkn scam and this is a complete fraud
He cheated and said he could give me an iPhone 11 from me, bought 30k cash and when he asked for four months, he said no, or he said he would come soon.

Ashwin did the same to my brother. Took cash upfront on August 21. He even posted that he had already shipped it on September 4th. And then nothing.
What is this if not a scam ? If he’s genuine, he should have updated the status of the order. The guy just continues ghosting the customer and the customer is left exasperated. Because the money is already with this fraud, the customer cant buy another product elsewhere. What excuse do you have to hold the customers money without his consent ? The customer gives you money believing your word that the product will be delivered in 10 days.
And ashwin, if you want to continue calling a customer as cheat, remember we have all your whatsapp chats backed up. And produce the same anywhere.

I paid Rs 57500 to him on Aug 21 for a laptop, only after he had said the product would be delivered to me in 10 days. It’s almost 2 months now, he lied to me several times during this time period:
Aug 31 – says he received the item
Sept 4 – It is shipped
Sept 11 – Item will be delivered shortly
Sept 12 – Now says item was not shipped, its in Chennai
Sept 13 – will be dispatched on Sep 15
Sept 15 – This week surely it will be delivered
Sept 20 – It will be delivered soon
Sept 25 – Will be dispatched on Sept 28
Sept 28 – Today doing it
Oct 1 – Its done
Oct 6 – It will be delivered
Oct 9 – “We are working on it, it will be cleared soon”
Now he doesn’t respond when I ask for a refund. I could have purchased the same laptop on Amazon since it was urgent for me, if I at least got the refund. I have all WhatsApp chats saved regarding this. When a customer pays you expecting the product to be delivered in 10 days and doesn’t get the item for 2 months, it can no longer be called a delay. Show same basic decency to the customer. Don’t call me impatient if I have to wait for months to get my order.

Instead of spending your time replying to these comments, why don’t you work on getting their products delivered as soon as possible to them..these same people will help spread the good word and enhance your reputation if they get their products on time.
If there is delay, let them know a valid reason for the delay instead of giving them vague updates. They also have lives and have their own priorities. Naturally they will get frustrated if they don’t get the products for which they paid their hard earned money, on time. Anything more than 1 month for delivery is unacceptable and they need to either get the refund so that they can get their item through other means or get a valid reason for the delay.
