My name is Urmi Puri ,a student from Delhi.
I worked for an online company yuva work where they gave me 600 forms to be completed within 6 days stating 540 forms should be correct and if i failed to complete the work in tym i have to pay the penalty of ₹6700.
I worked for them and completed the work
But they stated forms are not correctly filled and i have to pay the penalty .
Believing the contract they made me sign
I paid them them ₹6700
Now, they are asking me to pay ₹21900 as security deposit, but i denied saying that i dont want to continue the work realising that they are not genuine as there is no name of such company on the internet.
But the advocate mayur joshi is mailing me and threatening me that they had filed a case against me for not paying the amount and asking me to pay ₹18500 for cancellation .
What should i do?
