1. Today , i got a call identifying themselves as amazon sales and promotion department.
2. They already knew all the details regarding my shoe order i placed on amazon.in on 10th march 2021 which has to be delivered today.
3. By telling this the built my trust and then told me that you are selected winner for the lucky draw held for all the customer on 10th march 2021.
4. Thay asked me to choose from one of the three absolutely free gift on a condition of purchasing min Rs 5000 items today.
5. Thay game me options of :one plus 8 pro , dell inspiron 15.6 and sony bravia LED .
6. I selected one plus 8 pro and they asked me to put a code in search bar in amazon app and search.
7. there i got one plus 8 pro , they asked me to add this to cart and pay Rs 5000 for a amazon gift card via google pay to them , and only then the order of one plus 8 will get activated.
8. First i paid Rs 5000 , then they asked me to pay 18% GST of this electronic item which they will refund me later i .e. 11999.09 but i mistakenly paid 11999.90 so they asked me to again pay exact amount of 11999.09 and said only then refund amount will be processed. After payin 11999.09+11999.90 they still asked me to pay Rs 12009 saying your amount is not showing completely due to some wallet charges so pay this last time and the total amount will be refunded and your order will be processed and will reach to you by 15th march 2021.
9. After that while processing refund he told me that refund can’t be processed now so we will pay you by NEFT which will take 2 hrs.
10. Later from their suspicious behaviour i got sure that they are some fraud people and wont be refunding any single penny to me.
