I have ordered a watch (Fossil FS4682 Machine Analog watch) on 21st Dec 2020 that has been delivered on 25th Dec 2020 via E- Kart. I have received the wrong product. Instead of providing me with the Fossil watch at the price of INR 1699 , I have been provided with a Fastrack Watch and that too is in a broken condition. I haven’t received any email confirming the delivery of the product. I have ordered the same from Instagram. The GSTIN Number of the supplier is : 07CQJPK5430K1ZM.
