Sir , while going through facebook I came across an add about night wear from mymood.in , So i visited their site and placed an order for nightwear on 09.08.2020 for Rs. 499/-. The order no was 40986. I got an email confirmation from 999shop.in@gmail.com for the said order . The payment was made online from my bank account. Its been 1.5 months and there is no update from them. Their website is also not working. It seems this is a fraud company and looting hard earned money of innocent consumers. I would request you to kindly intervene and do justice.
