My Name is Hemangi Pingle, I applied for online part time job on Quikr.com. Then I received a call from a lady with the contact number – 9909908152 and he offered and convinced me for the part time job providing the screenshot of the work. He said its too simple and just have to fill 700 forms in 7 day and there is no charge in advance but once you complete the work in time with accuracy of 90 % then they will deduct 4700 and if i fail to complete the work in given time then i will have to pay 4700 to them. Looking at the work is so simple, i agreed. They sent me an email with all the details. But i worked so nicely and completed the work before time and submitted. But after submission they said that i failed in QC, after which i received an call in which I lady (Nita) said to apply for re-correction and you have to pay 5400/- Rs. I denied to pay so they send me legal notice (Attached below)

I call and asked to transfer the call to senior  person so she disconnect the call and after sometime I received the call from senior person her name was niyati, I had spoken with her and tell her that I don’t have that much amount to pay so she said u can  apply for re- Correction and pay 5400 Rs and u will get 90% accuracy. I said I can’t pay amount so she said we will send you legal notice

On 16th sep 2020, I receive mail from Adv Minhaz saying that you failed to pay the amount so now you have to pay 4700+3000 within 48 hours.

Im not sure how to deal with kind of fraud people.
