My name is Bablu Kumar. I was a victim of online fraud by the company “Eroute Technologies Private Limited.” On 16th March 2025, I made two payments via PhonePe: ₹1,999 and ₹2,999 to “Eroute Technologies Private Limited.” I did not receive any product or service in return, and I believe I have been scammed. Please take necessary action to investigate this fraud.
