I had ordered 2 cargos from the urben mest company (theurbannest.live) . I received the package on July 23 2024. The product is not what I had ordered . It’s completely damaged and it’s a clear fraud . There’s no option for refund as they haven’t provided with anything to contact them . I request serious action to be taken and my money to be refunded
