in Oct 2021, I got a call from Flarial Internationals about a job in Canada. They told me that my profile is very convincing and they will help me to get a job abroad. I agreed to that and i had given 53000 INR as to start the process. But till the month of may 2023there was no response from them after so many mails they responded and arranged one /two interview calls but afterthat they told as i was unable to clear the interviews so i did not get a job. When i asked them to return my documents and money they refused to do so . The manager of company Ms. Pooja tildthat i got interview calls so there wont be any refunds, but it is mentioned in the agreement if they failed to get a job for me, they will refund the amount.I want to lodge a complaint and want my refund as soon as possible. Take an action against them.
