I placed an order on 7th september from the site named as “fast lane tracks” for rupees 899. I saw the add for this company on instagram. The order got delivered on 11th september by shiprocket.co The order packet has my name and address on it and there’s another packet inside it with someone else’s name on it. This other packet has an old men’s jeans which looks nothing like what I ordered. The site doesn’t show any refund/return policy or any sign of previous order details and no section for customer help. I request, please help me with this and catch the people behind this fraud.
