A company name DATA FILING SOLUTIONS offered a job which basically form filing job. Due to some invalid clause in the contract which does not allow a person to use different net conection, I had to pay 16500 rupees to them. Now again they are asking money to terminate the job or to pay compensation that is 20500 or 16500 respectively. I asked for companies registration certificate but they didn’t provide. They are threatning that they will file case and I have to pay 3 to 4 lakhs.
Please help me out with this problem. It’s a clear fraud that happened with me.
