I have ordered an iPhone 14 they said it’s an offer and they asked to pay the booking charges 300 Rs I paid and after 3 days they delivered me the parcel and I paid the delivery guy 15130 online and when I open my parcel inside I got a broken old LG phone I contacted them they said they will refund me back the money on 13 July if they didn’t refund me please help me to take actions against this if they are fraud I have all the proof and information recorded in my ph about Them

Hello this is Mithun here I have ordered the product iPhone 13. In which they told me to send courier charges 300 and remaining 14k COD.when the delivery boy came i gave him 14k and when I opened the box they have kept an old lava phone
My suggestion plzz don’t believe this stupid peoples they are playing with the people’s hard earned money
