complaint aganis the amazon company by Rubina Bano
1.that i ordered /perched a laptop HP 15s ryzen 55500U from the amazon company through on line on order dated 07/06/2023.
2. that on receiving or unbox it found that the company has sent a defectives product as will as of the same the the product mentioned above found other product that is HP Pavillon dv6000 which was not same as per order.
3. on knowledge of the defectives product the consumer contact the costumer care to the same company they ensure to take return the product.
4. Due to online fraud the complainant has huge finical lost and mental agony.
4. all the relevant document enclose to the complaint.
it is therefore may kindly redressal the grievance as soon as possible.
