Placed an order of rs3500 on 4th april2023but not getting my order till 15th april n after dropping so many mails didnt get any response

I made payment from Phonepe around 617 rupees and not recieved any delivery till date. This looks like fraudulent.
I also ordered online on 3rd April no delivery yet. …..
