I had taken an amount of loan Rs2100 from honour rupee online app and paid today Rs3500 to a number send to me through whatsapp. But I am not getting my NOC .I have been requesting them to send my NOC but no reply is being given or if Iam calling the number it’s saying an invalid number.so please help me
