I had ordered T-shirts on 05-Jul-2020 in the Theluckymen website and taken the payment through ccavenue portal and was not shopping the order, I followed up with them many times from my gmail I’d, but no response from them.. Please take some action on this kind of sites, attached the order confirmation screenshot here with.

Raise a complaint on RAZORPAY site, or any other payment gateway like CCAVENUE.
Mention your order number and razorpay payment ID.
I have got my refund from RAZORPAY so am suggesting to all.
