Respected sir

My name is akhila. I have been facing a serious issue from a fraudulent online form filling company. I found a form filling company named taskmate services and messaged for further details. He gave me a pdf mentioning the behaviour of the job and it only mentioned to complete the work within 10 days and out of 1000 forms 900 should be correct. Then they asked my details of the aadhar and a photograph. At first they regularly approached me to do the work and said they assure payment of the money. They forced me to do the job by giving me unnecessary information. They just said to complete 1000 forms and if the same is completed there will be no problem with the work. Out of it if 900 is correct payment is initiated otherwise I will not get the payment. They didn’t say the correct details before registration. They asked me and forced me to do the work and asked to send my adhar and photograph for registration.

They provide me a fake judicial agreement and I read it full. It didn’t mentioned about the thing that they say now. I gave them my details and photograph and an agreement was made without asking me for my permission. They fixed my signature and adhar and said me to start the work. Within the prescribe time of 10 days I completed my work. The number which talk to me was unanswering after I was assigned the work. I completed 900 forms correctly I am totally sure about it. They now said that my 240 forms are incorrect and won’t pay me any money. They now ask me for an initial payment of 3400 to avoid legal procedures. I completed the work and now they ask me for the amount saying my work is wrong and is not eligible for payment. They say that they had filed a case against me and send me the following message.

I am unable to contact the person who assigned the work for me. They called for a verification and told about the details. When they called me for the first two times I asked them my doubts and they said don’t ask any questions and said me to say yes for everything. The third time when they called me I attended as said yes. They have been recording all the calls and shown it to me and is threatening by sending the audio and other details through my whatsapp.
They say that a case is filed and they will send a case sheet to my address. I am facing this serious issue now and if I won’t pay them there will be loss of 1 lakhs – 2 lakhs from my side. So I kindly request to file a case against the company and follow up the proceedings legally.
