I’m a graduate student. I was looking for a job just to get experience so that I can add to my profile. I have registered over different job sites. I used to get a lot of calls that you are selected for this so and so job pay security deposit to proceed further I used to cut the call saying not interested. One day I got a watsup text that they are looking for a candidate for online form filling job if I’m interested dm then. I thought it’s a good time pass so I said okay then they asked me my adhar card photo and number I gave them. I thought they are not fraud as they are not asking any security deposit. Then next day they send me a link on my mail I opened that girl who was talking to me over watsup she said that read the agreement and submit it so I did the same…there was nothing mentioned in the agreement about any penalty otherwise I would never have accepted that agreement and when I accepted the terms and condition and within in a minute I got a mail where written if I’ll not complete the work within the given time period or if there any error in form filling I have to give penalty of 6000 something. Then I realized I have caught into some fraud and I tried to contact to on given helpline number on mail no one received plus that girl over watsup who was chatting with me she also not received the call then I did nothing nor I have login to credentials they have given to login. Now after 7 days I got a legal notice over wastup asking for 1 lakh something as a Penalty amount from Gujarat hight court now they as they have already send me legal notice and I did not respond to that….but I haven’t received any legal notice before today. Now, I am sure that they are fraud. They are telling me to pay more for getting rid of court matter. Please take action against them and help me. I am attaching the court letter of their advocate below:-
